1969 MGB-GT V6 restoration and updates by Brian McCullough of BMC British Automobile, LLC, located in Isanti, MN. The car can still be found on their current home page at http://bmcautos.com. This car has since been maintained by Ragtops & Roadsters in Perkasie, PA. This factory-like MG-BGT V6 is a fast car yet is a pleasure to own and drive for personal and club use. It produces better than factory fuel economy with twice the power and yet feels very domesticated when driven around town. With very little exception, the car was restored to look and feel like a stock MGB, just better.

Restoration completed in 2011 at BMC includes:

3.4L V6 engine from the 1995 Camaro: Sequential Port Fuel Injected engine with 165BHP and 210Lb torque. Borg-Warner World Class T5 Five-Speed Gearbox with High Speed 0.63 overdrive, light flywheel, and clutch system by BMC. 0-60 in about 6 seconds but more important, the car can be easily driven by anyone and is very comfortable to drive around local roads as much as freeway or driving in timed events. Four New TPI Gauges, oil pressure gauge replaced with the reliable mechanical Smiths type and painted and lit to match. Includes new dashboard, all new and restored switches, modified throttle pedal for slightly easier use, and a shifter that keeps this car appearing perfectly stock inside the car.

Late model MGB cooling system installed by BMC to emulate a standard system allowing for the best cooling system possible and still have a factory appearance. Front valance updated with later MGB ventilation for additional radiator and driveline cooling (one of few external changes not easily spotted).

All new poly bushings, brakes, and suspension rebuilt as per requirement at the time of restoration.

Full Classic Auto LEDs tail, brake and turn signal light set (best quality and brightest lights available).

New trim, bumpers, grill and much new brightwork with little exception. Dayton 15” tall by 6” wide (taller and wider than stock) Stainless Spoke Chrome Wheels and wider tires that give the car the same height profile as stock with better aesthetics, includes two eared knock-offs for 1969 appearance.

Moto-Lita Wood Rimmed with aluminium spoke steering wheel and matching wood shift knob.

Rebuilt Custom Leather Fiero Seats with all new carpeting. Rear Seat Removed - flat rear deck with double hidden compartment for tools, battery and more Twin Clear Driving Lamps operate on original overdrive switch to emulate the main/low beam switch on opposite stock. Webasto Sun Roof makes the car nearly a convertible when pulled all the way back. Dual XR4110 Digital Media Receiver with 3.5mm audio jack input, USB and SD card slot. All new splined hubs in 2018 Color: 1999 Ford Zinc Yellow.

Over $55,000 invested in this unique car with records for all of it.  Serious enquires only please.
