May 18, 2019 by Dave Hutchison After way too much rain, the skies cleared and the sun shone brightly on our twenty-fifth Spring Open House! Perkasie borough had blocked off Fourth Street between Walnut and Spruce to provide ample parking for all who brought their favorite British or classic car. Many came from all over the Delaware Valley to see what we are working on in the shop. Out in front of the shop was the performance based 1958 AC Ace we built with a 300+ HP Rover engine (thank you, Pete and Peter) and parked next to a 1963 Triumph Herald (thank you, Bob) that we installed a 1500cc engine with five-speed and upgraded disc brakes! Inside we served our famous scones, donuts, coffee and teas for everyone to enjoy. This year, our feature on the top floor was the 25 years of experience with three very rare Concours-winning Triumph Italia 2000 GTs that we have restored over the years.
